MCS is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive company growth.
Responsibilities

Developing creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall goals.

Monitoring and engaging with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Building meaningful connections with followers and fostering a positive online environment.

Using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns. Identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Planning, executing, and monitoring social media ad campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation, website traffic, or brand exposure.

Working closely with cross-functional teams such as content writers, designers, and marketing managers to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.

Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices for a dynamic online presence.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience 2 years in social media marketing,

Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
