Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for technical roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT & NON- IT positions, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.


What You will be Doing ?

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Job Posting & Campaign Management: Create and manage compelling job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring visibility and alignment with hiring needs and MCS branding goals.

  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit, while aligning with job requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule candidate interviews with the Business team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both interviewers and candidates.

  • Offer Management: Support the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages, managing expectations, and ensuring timely communication throughout.
